Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is how cancellations work at Orniq.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

  • To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 93273 67768 with your Order ID
  • Prepaid orders: Full refund processed within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: No payment has been made, so no refund is required - order is simply cancelled

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to cancel the order. You may refuse delivery at the door - in that case:

  • For COD orders: The order will be returned to us at no charge to you
  • For Prepaid orders: A refund will be processed after we receive the returned package, minus the two-way shipping cost (forward + return)

Cancellation by Orniq

In rare cases, Orniq may cancel your order due to:

  • Stock unavailability after order confirmation
  • Payment verification failure
  • Unserviceable delivery pincode

In all such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically without any deduction.

How Cancellations Affect COD Orders

To encourage prepaid payments and reduce courier waste, repeated COD cancellations or refusals at delivery may result in COD being restricted for your account. We always prefer to resolve concerns before dispatch - please reach out to us first.

We request customers to carefully check size, design, and delivery address before placing orders. Most cancellation situations can be avoided with a quick check before checkout.
